Emma joined Humfrys & Symonds in 2023 and has over 25 years’ experience of dealing with civil disputes in Herefordshire and the surrounding area.
Emma specialises in dispute resolution relating to contested probate and property litigation concerning disputes over land, neighbour and boundary disputes.
Emma is also happy to provide advice and assistance on general civil litigation matters, including debt recovery, misrepresentation, building disputes and small claims.
